Work based learning
RSC Eastern supports a wide range of Work Based Learning providers who engage in government funded skills training and employability programmes who are based in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
Support and Advice
RSC Eastern offers free support and advice to the Eastern WBL sector by:
- Offering face to face consultations
- Providing links between learning providers
- Offering WBL focussed events
- Working in partnership with Eastern Regional WBL Provider networks
- Help and support in applying for grants and bid applications
- Co-ordinating a WBL mailing list to disseminate up-to-date news and events
- Facilitating a Regional WBL Forum
- Aiding in staff development activities
- Offering free courses on the RSC VLE
- Providing case studies of good e-practice on the Excellence Gateway
- Short-term loans of Accessibility equipment
- Aiding in Strategic ILT planning
