Forums & User Groups

ForumThe RSC facilitates a series of forums and user groups in the region as a way for people to share ideas with peers, build links to colleagues with similar roles in other providers, explore issues of common concern, keep up-to-date with developments in the field, and draw on the knowledge and expertise of the network.

Each forum or user group has a different structure but they generally meet at least three times a year. Whilst we will continue to have face-to-face meetings we also hold some online versions using new technologies.

The current list is as follows:

Several of these forums are supported by an active mailing list.

Other regional forums

In addition to the forum and user groups we organise, we work co-operatively with existing forums in the region such as the forums organised by the East Midlands Additional Learner Support network (EMALS) and EMFEC - equality & diversity, international & HE, quality managers, safeguarding, staff development managers and teacher training.
