Infrastructure
The definition of infrastructure is necessarily broad. A sustainable infrastructure is a blend of technical capability with the effective management of human and physical resources; it is intentionally planned but often discovers new points for sustainable development through more organic and sometimes ad-hoc processes.
RSCs support the development of:
- Technical infrastructure
- Management infrastructure
by advising on appropriate technologies, skills-development, and roles and by supporting networks of good practice.
