Learner voice
RSCs support learning providers in the use of technology to gather feedback from learners at any point in their engagement, or to allow learners to give views about themselves and their course / learning provider at any time as part of their learning. Learner voice also includes analysis and improvement use made of this at individual, course and institutional level.
