Staff development
RSCs support the staff development role in learning providers to enable the effective and efficient use of technologies throughout an organisation. RSC advisers also;
- support the use of technologies within staff development programmes to deliver training and the use of technologies to track and manage staff development
- support managers and practitioners in the appropriate recording of CPD
- provide direct training where this is an efficient use of the RSC adviser resource
- provide access to high quality web-resources to support anytime learning in staff development.
