Training events
We offer a termly programme of training courses which you can access by booking using our Events page. Recent training events cover:

Bespoke training
We also offer in-house bespoke training to help you to meet your staff development needs. This is something you can arrange by speaking to your Advisor, who will find out your needs and arrange this training for you, to be delivered on-site for staff at your place of work.
We can cover any learning and technology need you have. Recent requests for bespoke training have covered:
- Managing your Digital Footprint
- Social Bookmarking
- Xerte
- Moodle training
- eSafety
In addition, if you would like to use us to try to get a competitive rate for a private training course , this is sometimes possible – especially where training is given to more than one learning provider and thus spreading the cost – so please do let us know if you’d like us to look into this on your behalf.
'Critical Friend' scheme
We also offer a scheme for those wishing to set up a “Critical Friend” partnership with another provider. This scheme allows people from different learning providers to come together in their place of work for 2-3 hours to talk through their issues in order to get knowledge, advice and a different approach or perspective from a colleague from a different learning provider.
